Last updated: October 22, 2025

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how ZERA Community Operators (“ZERA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit www.zera.net
(the “Site”) or otherwise interact with us. The Site serves as a community portal for information, tools, and updates relating to the ZERA Network — a decentralized, open-source blockchain protocol.

Nobody, including us, controls the ZERA Network. This Policy applies only to the Site and related off-chain services we operate, not to data recorded on the ZERA Network or handled by third parties.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

We may modify this Policy from time to time by updating the “Last updated” date above. It is your responsibility to review this Policy periodically. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

  1. WHO RUNS THIS SITE

The Site is operated by various community groups (collectively, “we”, “us”, or “Site Operators”). The Service is provided as a portal for information, community resources and tools relating to the ZERA Network (the “ZERA Network”). The ZERA Network is an open-source decentralized protocol; nobody — including the Site Operators — controls or can guarantee or modify the ZERA Network, its transactions, validators, data, operation, or availability. You acknowledge and accept this lack of control.

  1. SCOPE AND LIMITATIONS

The ZERA Network is decentralized and permissionless. Information recorded on-chain is public, permanent, and globally accessible.

We do not operate or control validators, nodes, wallets, smart contracts, or on-chain data. This Policy does not apply to on-chain activity or third-party services (wallets, RPC providers, forums, analytics tools, etc.) even if linked from the Site.
